ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN - The El Umiti Foundation, through its Data Lab initiative, is pleased to announce a new scholarship opportunity for the Implementing Public Policy (IPP) program at Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education. El Umiti will sponsor a team of four exceptional professionals to participate in this comprehensive policy implementation program. The IPP program is a rigorous, blended-learning experience designed to help practitioners bridge the gap between policy design and successful execution. By sponsoring this cohort, the El Umiti Foundation aims to equip Kazakhstani leaders with international best practices and a global network to address the region's complex governance challenges.
